各位同學，

系學會柯會長的先生因工受傷，柯會長要擔負起顧家、顧傷者、顧孩子、工作等，以致無法如期繼續空大的課程。

在此，懇請大家發揮同學愛，請為柯會長及其先生祈福、禱告。

祝願他們早日度過此難關，傷者早日康復！

參賽資格：98學年度上學期已註冊選課之全、選修生暨空專學生。

報名日期：即日起至 98年10月13日 （星期二）。

地點：保齡球：壽山保齡球館（高市苓雅區中山二路361號2樓）上午9：00開始     

              桌  球：凱旋國小(高雄市苓雅區憲政路235號)下午14：00開始

國立空中大學學生就學補助措施事項－急難慰問金 (95.09.11)

申請資格

當學期有註冊選課之學生，並發生下列情事之一者，須於事故發生三個月內提出申請：
1.不幸亡故者。
2.重傷或重病住院就醫並自付相關費用壹萬元以上者 。
3.父母、配偶、子女意外死亡者。
4.自有住宅遭水災、火災、風災、地震災情嚴重者。

 核發金額

1.不幸亡故者：5000元。
2.重傷或重病住院就醫並自付相關費用壹萬元以上者：3000元 。
3.父母、配偶、子女意外死亡者：1000元。
4.自有住宅遭水災、火災、風災、地震災情嚴重者：3000元。

 受理申請單位

所屬學習指導中心。

 核發次數

慰問金之核發以每人每學期乙次為原則。
